WatchLine is operated by Sperling Ventures LLC. This notice explains the current preview's inquiry and application data flows. Updated October 8, 2026.
When you contact us
The inquiry form collects your name, work email, department or business, role, personnel count, interest and message. It saves the inquiry for WatchLine Support to review and respond. The form also uses a daily address fingerprint and a hidden spam field to limit abuse. Please omit passwords, medical details and sensitive personnel information.
When you use a department account
WatchLine processes account and department access records, personnel and scheduling information, requests, recorded hours, review decisions and timesheet history needed for its workflows. Authentication uses session cookies. Important changes are recorded for review. Department access and role checks limit which records an account can use.
Services supporting WatchLine
The website is hosted on Vercel. Supabase provides authentication, database and storage services. Resend handles application email when enabled. Opted-in browser phone alerts use the device's push service and its registered subscription. Stripe supports billing preparation; public purchases remain closed during preview. These services process the information needed for their respective functions.
Notifications and help
Department delivery controls and personal preferences govern operational alerts. Phone alerts additionally require browser permission. Contacting Support may make your message available to authorized support staff; avoid including unnecessary private information. Support access to a department is controlled and recorded.
Access, export and removal requests
Contact WatchLine Support to discuss access, corrections, export or removal. Department authority and account identity must be checked before changing access or handling department records. Timesheet history and audit records are part of the application, so deleting a roster entry is not equivalent to erasing all related history.
Retention periods, contractual deletion requirements and any department-specific data obligations need to be agreed before operational adoption. This preview notice does not establish a fixed retention period or promise immediate erasure of all records and backups.
